• Joannie Evans is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 


  • Joannie began her nursing career at Pearl River Community College, graduating with an Associates Degree in Nursing in 2011. While gaining experience as an inpatient psychiatric registered nurse at Merit Health, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014. Her love for caring for psychiatriac and mental health patients bloomed, and she proceeded to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2016, claiming the title of PMHNP and achieving her goal to provide a higher level of care for people within the community 


  • Joannie has many years of psychiatric nursing experience caring for a broad spectrum of individuals suffering from psychiatric and/or mental health disorders. She gained her experience nursing in the inpatient and outpatient setting, which has provided her with the vast knowledge to care for each individual's various needs wholly.


  •     Dr. Brian Hammock is a board certified Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He attended the Medical College of Georgia where he completed an Adult Psychiatry Residency program and a Child Psychiatry Fellowship. He served as Chief resident during his time at Medical College of Georgia.


  •     He is an experienced Psychiatrist of 6 years. His career has consisted of providing inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. His experience spans over acute psychiatric disorders, dual diagnosis, as well as pediatric and adolescents.


  • Colleen McMahon is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center  as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.


  • ​Colleen completed her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Jacksonville University in 2011. She proceeded to further her education at Midwestern State University and obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2016.


  • ​While advancing her career, Colleen gained years of psychiatric nursing experience at the Specialized Treatment Center of Gulfport, MS, which eventually led her to her career at South Mississippi Regional Center of Long Beach, MS, where she served as a reputable Director of Nursing.


  • ​Colleen's vast experience and knowledge in psychiatric nursing has provided her the capability to serve the community as an PMHNP-BC and provide each individual with the upmost care based on their  needs.
