Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

A referral is required for all minors ages 6-17 years old. Anyone 18 years old and older is welcomed to send an email request to info@msmindfulmatters.com to receive a new patient form application to complete on their behalf and submit into office's review process.  We are not accepting new adult patients for ADHD at this time.​

We provide psychiatric medication management, individual psychotherapy, and couples therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—from age six and up. Our experience extends to serving diverse populations, including military members, healthcare workers, teachers, first responders, and more.
