Jessica’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection- with ourselves and with others. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), existential-humanistic theory, and other evidence-based approaches, she works to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. She understands that seeking support can be a vulnerable and courageous step, and she is honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward clarity, connection, and healing.
